CANCELLATION POLICY

To keep things fair for all clients and our team, please review our policy below: ⏰️ Cancellations & Rescheduling: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to fill your spot and keep our schedule on track. ✨️Same-Day Cancellations: We offer a one-time grace for same-day cancellations or reschedules. After your first instance, any same-day cancellation will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service. ⏳️Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment, and it could be considered a same-day cancellation (incurring the 50% fee). ✨ No-Shows: Failure to show up without notice may require a deposit for future bookings.
